Job Description

Robert Half is recruiting an experienced Account Manager on behalf of a globally recognized in-house creative agency that supports one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns, partnering with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to bring strategic, insight-driven marketing solutions to life.

Location: Orlando, FL (onsite Mon-Thur; WFH Fri)

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $26-29/hour

Position Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships , overseeing project timelines and budgets , and collaborating closely with creative and project management teams . This role is critical in aligning brand strategy with execution while ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and business objectives .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and delivering strategic solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Guide internal teams by clearly communicating project direction, client feedback, and campaign goals .
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable creative briefs that inspire high-quality work.
  • Partner with project managers to track timelines, maintain momentum , and keep leadership informed.
  • Manage budgets across multiple projects , ensuring all work is delivered within financial parameters .
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop creative solutions that align with brand positioning and drive results.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through consistent and effective communication .
  • Stay informed on industry trends and marketing best practices to bring fresh thinking to each engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, or media.
  • Working knowledge of various communication channels including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, and out-of-home (OOH) .
  • Proven experience collaborating with both internal teams and external clients .
  • Solid understanding of consumer brands, advertising strategy , and brand management principles .
  • Familiarity with consumer research methodologies and tools .
  • Up-to-date with trends and developments in the advertising and marketing industries .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Strong project and time management skills .
  • High attention to detail and a strategic approach to problem-solving .
  • Prior experience working in or with an advertising agency is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
