We are looking for energetic and skilled Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand and help expand our footprint in the Sacramento, Orange County, and Santa Barbara. Key Duties and Responsibilities: *Applicant must have a car and live in Orange County, Santa Barbara, or Sacramento.
•Engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sampling sessions at retailers, events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.
•Visual Merchandising: Setup displays and visual merchandising across store network in the region.
•Event Participation: Actively participate in promotional events and activities, including pop-up shops, festivals, and other community events.
•Market Feedback: Collect and report feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development.
•Performance Metrics: Track and report on engagement activities and their impact on brand awareness and sales growth, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, or a related field, preferably within the cannabis industry. Applicant must have a car and live in Orange County, Santa Barbara, or Sacramento.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.
•Strong understanding of the cannabis market, products, and consumer trends.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet goals and deadlines.
•Proficiency in social media and marketing tools.
•Willingness to travel within the region and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. DomPen
