Schedule:
Fulltime hours, Saturday availability required! (you will be scheduled to work Saturdays)
Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to patients and providers
Gather and verify insurance, billing, and medical information
Perform accurate data entry and update patient records
Coordinate with insurance carriers to assist with medication coverage
What We’re Looking For:
Must reside in TX, GA, UT, FL , AZ
1+ year of recent call center experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working weekends and a flexible full-time schedule
High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
No time off permitted during the first 90 days
