The Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a flexible opportunity for fully licensed professionals to launch or expand their private practice through Headway. Counselors can conduct psychotherapy sessions, oversee medication management, and receive support with insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing. This role allows for a customizable caseload and the option to work remotely, ensuring both client access to care and practitioner autonomy.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
