Loan Officer Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in evaluating their loan needs and guide them through the loan application process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized loan solutions.
• Review financial documents and conduct thorough credit analyses to ensure applicants meet loan requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure loan approvals and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.

Loan Officer Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of loan products, policies, and guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in loan origination software and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
