Job Description

Akkodis is seeking Outside Sales Representative, Bismarck, ND for a 6 Months Contract. Ideally looking for a profession with prior experience as a Field Sales, Territory Sales and Inside Sales.

Rate Range: $34.00 - $38.00 P/HR; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Role Overview:

• Drive new business development across your assigned territory.
• Support brand’s expansion strategy into rural and emerging markets.
• Travel to underserved markets and manage a fast-paced, transactional sales cycle.
• Build partnerships with top local and regional restaurants.
• Partner with a Regional Sales Manager and utilize sales tools (e.g., sales sheets, gift cards, business cards).
• Conduct most transactions in person through field sales interactions.

Travel Requirements:

• Majority of travel will be within 2 hours of Bismarck, ND.
• Includes occasional overnights (hotel stays) and extended travel days (6–7 hours by car or flight).
• All travel expenses are paid by Company.
• Travel is monitored to ensure policy compliance.

Compensation:

• Base pay + uncapped commission.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,750/month with potential to exceed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2.5+ years of experience in a closing sales or related role.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to meet restaurant owners in person.
• Strong in both inside and outside sales strategies.
