The Student Records Processor provides customer service and skilled academic records support in the Registrar's Office. This role is responsible for the performance of a variety of duties related to the accuracy, maintenance, security and validation of student records, which includes research as necessary. Essential duties: Provide customer service, phone coverage, backup to the front desk, and general information relating to academic forms, schedules, policies and procedures. Maintain and update student records in Banner to include international and conditionally accepted student record updates. Process academic forms such as status changes, record updates, change of field of study, and so forth. Process electronic requests such as add/drop forms, withdrawal from the university requests, change of campus, and so forth. Assist other staff at peak times and perform other duties as specified by direct supervisor or Registrar.
