Job Title: System Test Technician

Location: Fremont, CA (subject to change)

Shifts Available (subject to operational needs):

• Monday to Friday: 04:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday to Friday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Note: Start/end times may be adjusted if on-call duties are required.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on System Test Technician to support the assembly, troubleshooting, and system-level testing of advanced electromechanical systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex hardware and software integrations in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute system-level tests, including functional, performance, and integration checks, using established procedures and documentation.
• Support the setup and teardown of test environments, including instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Troubleshoot system failures and work collaboratively with engineering teams to isolate root causes.
• Document test results clearly and contribute to continuous improvement of test procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, test standards, and quality assurance requirements.
• Assist in basic mechanical and electrical assembly when needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in system testing, electronics, electromechanical assembly, or a related technical role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data loggers.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently under limited supervision.
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings as scheduled.

Additional Notes:

• A day shift (standard working hours) will be required for at least two weeks prior to the assigned shift for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
