\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with call rotation
\n• Weekend rotation with staff and occasional weekends and holidays required
\n• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract (two holidays during winter season)
\n• On-call requirement with staff rotation
\n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts
\n• 8-hour orientation period required
\n• Must have circulating and scrubbing experience
\n• Required to scrub total joints, craniotomies/neuro, and orthopedic trauma
\n• Orthopedic and neurosurgery experience required
\n• BLS certification required
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Care for patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Work with special equipment including ROSA, Si and Xi daVinci robots, stealth, O-Arm, and HIPEC
\n• Virginia State or Compact RN license required
\n• Local candidates within 100 miles not accepted

\nThis is a 703-bed acute care teaching hospital serving as the flagship facility of a major healthcare system. The facility operates as the region's only Level I Trauma Center for both adults and pediatrics and holds Magnet designation for nursing excellence. The operating room features 25 OR suites with 24/7 on-site nursing coverage, providing comprehensive surgical services including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastics, gynecology, oncology, robotics, ENT, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and sports medicine. The hospital is affiliated with a medical school and features advanced specialty care with a dedicated children's hospital.
