What You’ll Do
• Provide ambulatory sports medicine, lameness, imaging, and preventive care.
• Build long-term client partnerships with owners, trainers, and barns.
• Collaborate with team members and referral hospitals.
• Contribute ideas to advance patient care and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
• DVM/VMD, licensed or eligible in California.
• Internship-trained with at least 1 year equine experience.
• Passion for equine sports medicine and performance horse care.
• Strong communicator, collaborative, and mentor-oriented.
• Comfortable in an ambulatory-only model with referrals as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $120,000+ DOE + 26% production bonus.
• Relocation/signing support available.
