Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate key documents for commercial real estate transactions, including:

o Purchase and sale agreements

o Commercial leases

o Real estate secured loans

o Development agreements

o Modification and workout documents

• Manage due diligence processes, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews

• Coordinate closings and oversee communication with clients and stakeholders

• Provide strategic counsel on investments, development plans, and portfolio management

• Advise institutional and private equity clients on both single asset and portfolio matters

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to address cross-disciplinary legal needs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law

• Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions

• Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and due diligence review

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Active Arizona Bar admission or ability to gain admission promptly

• Excellent client service, project management, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in both team settings and independent roles
